Spicy Zucchini Soup – Simply divine. Made it for my Deepavali party and everyone including kuttyma loved it.

Snickers Cupcakes – Even without the frosting these were so divine and simple. The batter was a little too thick so I had to add a bit of milk ( like 4 tablespoons) in addition to what is mentioned in the recipe

Carrot- Sweet potato Bisque

I got this recipe off some toddler cooking book – changed it up a bit and made a perfect cold day evening snack

Equal amounts of carrot and sweet potatoes boiled

Small piece of ginger, garlic, cumin powder, salt to taste

Blend together – bring it to boil and enjoy
