I know pain is inevitable. Dealing with it is the challenge. In life there are moments you fall down, you break a bone, you go under a knife, you cut yourself and yes you feel pain. The physical kind of pain. And there are illness chronic and painful. It drains one. Pain is inevitable. And then there is the other pain – the emotional kind. When dreams die, when expectations fail to meet reality – the emotional pain. Again I do not know anyone immune to it. I know few people who know how to deal with it effectively. They find solace in other things – basically diverting their mind. Can you channel physical pain to hide the emotional pain? Pain – is it permanent? Again some random thoughts dumped here
