I have a lot on my plate – the house is not sold, the car is not sold yet but I have lot to be thankful for this year and this post reminds me of another reason to be thankful for. October 7, 2011 Just when I thought everything was going good – things happen. I got into an accident on the car I wanted to sell. Everyone is safe but the car has damage. Someone hit me from behind – totally unexpected. It happened at 7am as I was heading to drop kuttyma at her school. It shook me up pretty badly. Kuttyma was scared and clingy but she is a trooper. She forgot about it once she saw her friends. I hope it is as easy for me. I am still shaken up and the fear that filled me as I heard the bang and kuttyma crying still fills me. It means dealing with insurance and getting the car fixed and sold a week before we move. Just added headache. I am looking at the silver lining – we are all safe and it was just the car.
