I always feel a thank-you can make or break a deal. Often people tell, you need not thank friends and family but I make sure I do. Because if my friends and family are people like me, they would love to read a thank you email or recieve a thank you card in mail. It also reminds me how interdependent our lives are – no man is an island. Kuttyma made her first thank you card a few days back. It was to her teacher at the Gymboree play and learn center. There is’nt much a 15 month old can do but I wanted her to do something to give to her teacher.
