Eeks! It is October 2021 and I just realized I havent logged on to my blog since March. I haven’t written my thoughts and random musings here as much as I would have liked to. Like always, I let the pandemic and humdrum of routine life get to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I can promise to get better right now, but I don’t think I am ready for that promise and commitment just yet. So far, 2021 has been a year – of hope and dreams, of ups and down, of wins and losses. Quite evenly balanced that I can’t complain. In all it has been a year of being on the move. Of long to-do lists and longer nights. Of laughter and exhaustion. Of joy and yearning. Of being connected and yet feeling so alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is mid-October and I am pretty sure the rest of 2021 will be the same. As Novemeber rolls in, I will count my blessings and double up on gratitude. Give back in small ways and dream ahead. And end up making longer to-do lists and reminding myself that I don’t have to be perfect or even attempt to be perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reading in 2021 has also been slower and that is a consious choice. At times, the number bothers me but then I am trying to remember that it is not a number game. I definitely read more this year but my reading is not restricted to books – case studies, papers, notes, handouts and such. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will try to be more regular here as we wrap up 2021 and get ready for another wild ride in 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
