Do you remember the blue Camel gum bottle? It was a permanent fixture at our home and the brown, translucent liquid inside it crystalized often and was not the best glue around but Fevicol was a total different story. As a kid, I loved applying fevicol on my fingers and then peeling it off. It was so cool. Remember the old fevicol ads?<\/p>\n

These fond memories about glue and sticking made this month’s Artsy-Craftsy more fun. What is craft without glue? It was also a chance for me to do crafts that I have been meaning to do but never got around doing them. Here are my entries<\/p>\n

Pistachio shells struck to cardstock using craft glue. I love pistas and have made this craft many many years ago for one of thsoe art from waste class activities. I wanted make this for last month's recycled artsy-craftsy but never got around doing it. I am glad I could do it this month. <\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

I have a bunch of baby socks lying around home. Did not have the heart to throw them away so made these for kuttyma. She loves them. Some craft glue and embellishments - your finger puppets are ready. I wanted to make this for the Artsy-Craftsy puppets challenge months ago.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

Another supposed to be entry for the recycled Artsy Craftsy - icecream stick painted, felt flower and a pompom stuck together with craft glue makes an excellent bookmark and a cute gift. And that is the book I am currently reading for my Orbis Terrarum Challenge<\/p><\/div>\n

Beads struck together using craft glue to form a designer gown for a stick lady . You can use lace instead of beads if you have them in hand<\/p><\/div>\n

Cupcake liner crushed and pasted to make a field of flowers card<\/p><\/div>\n
