I am not sure about others but I live for my routine. It is so much easier to have a routine. It really throws me out of my comfort zone when I need to get out of my routine. By routine, I mean the work week routine. With a toddler and a 25 mile commute &#8211; I need my routine to keep sane. It also keeps me motivated and productive.<\/p>\n<p>This is probably not an earth-shattering discovery. I bet it has been discussed by many before. But it just hit me one Monday morning when I was late. My mornings are quite crazy. Breakfast, lunches to be packed,  protecting my formal workwear from food strains, getting my toddler ready, getting dinner stuff into the slowcooker and finally strapping kuttyma in her carseat, buckling up, turning on the nursery rhymes CD and heading out. Daycare, goodbyes and then I hit the freeway for my commute to work.<\/p>\n<p>Anything beyond a 10 minute delay gets me worked up. The reasons are simple, I do not get the easy access express parking at the daycare, the roads are more crowded and I am just not comfortable.<\/p>\n<p>I am a creature of routine and I love my routine.
