I also hosted a pizza party for few friends and it was a hit.<\/p>\n<p>3 3\/4 cup flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon yeast<\/p>\n<p>2 teaspoons salt<\/p>\n<p>1.5 cups water.<\/p>\n<p>Mix with a spoon and then with hand. Cover with a cloth and let it rest and rise for 12+ hours.<\/p>\n<p>To make pizzas be generous while dusting your hands with flour, shape the pizza and bake. I used the back of a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Topped the dough, bake for 10 minutes at around 190 C.
