Sun begins journey<\/p>\n
Pens, erasers, rulers, more<\/p>\n
Hasty breakfast to-go<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Clipboards hall tickets<\/p>\n
Gods are summoned, bribed, cajoled<\/p>\n
Time to head to school<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Nervous air crackles<\/p>\n
Roll numbers chalked on wooden desks<\/p>\n
The bell rings the start<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Eye lids droop and scream<\/p>\n
Dazzled gaze fixed on blurred lines<\/p>\n
Can\u2019t wait for the end<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Scratch scribble moan groan<\/p>\n
Uncertainty rears its head<\/p>\n
Nibs dance on paper<\/p>\n
