To appreciate the book, you need to be a bibliophile. It is a great book to be in the home library.<\/p>\n<p>Worthy Mentions: <strong>Finding Winnie, Hector and the Hummingbird, How to Read a Story<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>AchievementUnlocked &#8211; Read 2016<\/h2>\n<h4>Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy.<\/h4>\n<p>After years of dreaming about finishing this book, I wrapped it up in the wee hours of 2017. It has left me rather confused. I loved the initial parts of the book but there were places where I feel the book dragged on and on. The book could have been much shorter. But what a wonderful character portrayal. Anna, Lenin and Kitty are so complex that they are real.<\/p>\n<h2>Disappointing Books &#8211; Read 2016<\/h2>\n<p>Yes, books disappoint. The previous years I have tried to read more non-fiction but 2016 was different.
