The warmer days are here and I am jumping with joy. I love the warm weather and perfect to spend time outdoors. I plan to document some of the wonderful moments we spend outdoors this year

Strawberry Picking

It is a fun family event. Kuttyma loves strawberries. The sweet, sour, ripe, red berries are one of her favorites. We hit Froberg’s Farms in Alvin. The strawberries were huge – fresh and ripe. We picked them, ate them and it was just a fun way to spend a beautiful Saturday morning. We came back with 5 lbs of fruit which ended up as fresh strawberry cake and a simple strawberry jam.

Froberg’s farm also sells farm grown veggies and fruits. They also have pies, nuts and a few picnic tables. I cannot wait to go picking again 🙂
