Cooking with kids – Tropical Parfait

Kuttyma loves assembling this simple breakfast parfait – super simple, super quick and healthy

Papaya cubes

Watermelon cubes (any fruit will work here)

½ cup thick yogurt (kuttyma loves sour yogurt but flavored yogurt will be yummy here)

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

½ teaspoon chopped nuts (optional)

2 tablespoons of your favorite breakfast cereal

Select a clear serving bowl and layer it with crushed breakfast cereal.
Add half of the chopped papaya and watermelon slices.
Add the yogurt on top of the fruits
Add the rest of the fruits.
Top the parfait with crushed cereal and honey
Enjoy a healthy and yummy breakfast.
