Fuse Bead Project

This fish takes the honor of being our first fuse bead project

I have never played/worked with fuse beads. I have seen them in stores and wondered what it was all about. Surprisingly kuttyma picked up a fuse bead kit as a special gift during our recent outing. The kit was meant for kids 5 and old so I had my own doubts. But what a fun project it turned out to be.

It does take a lot of time and patience. But the end results are stunning.

I am buying a big box of fuse beads and the boards to make cute beaded gifts. They also help in developing fine motor skills and creative thinking.

And the kit came with ideas on how to assemble the beads – we used it as a guide

The kit we brought had enough beads for 3 fishes. We are done with the first 2. The third is a project for another day.
