2013 Read-a-thon Wrap-up

What a great year it has been! Remember this post I made about the challenges I was going to be a part of? I posted it unsure if I will get the targets. I did successfully complete all the challenges and instead of randomly reading books I planned, covered a variety of genres and authors. It has been an absolute amazing journey.

I challenged myself to read 75 books on GoodReads and without counting re-reads I hit the target by mid-November. Again I surprised myself. It made me wonder if I should have set higher targets. I end the year with 90 books read (+15 re-reads). I have a couple of books I picked from the library and a couple I started but have not managed to complete. I guess they will be pushed to 2014 as I don’t plan to read much the next 4 days of the year.

I also managed to read 6 Australian Women Writers (AWW 13) for another challenge I am a part of. The books with a * next to them are my reads for AWW 13.

I am also set for 2014 challenges.

Here is a list of all the books I read for Anne & Kristilyn’s 2013 Book Bingo Reading Challenge.
